Attention
These types of products may pose a risk of spontaneous combustion. Do not apply in the same room with nitrocellulose lacquers. Rags soaked with oil or wax must be kept under water after use and disposed of the next day, after drying.
Application Instructions
Surface Preparation
The surface must be perfectly clean, dry, and properly sanded. Final sanding is recommended with 180–220 grit paper. Remove all sanding dust completely. Wood moisture should be below 12%. For optimal results, the wood may be slightly moistened before application to open the pores.
Application
Apply oils in a thin, even layer by brushing, spraying, or rolling (preferably warm). After 15–30 minutes, remove the excess with a clean, lint-free cloth. Waxes should be applied in a thin layer with a soft cloth or sponge using circular motions. After drying (15–30 minutes), polish the surface with a soft cloth or brush.
Drying and Maintenance
Drying time varies between 6–24 hours depending on the product, temperature, and humidity. For optimal protection, apply 2–3 coats, lightly sanding between layers. Surfaces treated with oils and waxes are easy to maintain by periodically applying a thin layer of product, depending on usage intensity.
